Your Veterinarian is the best judge of your pet's physical condition
When is the right time for euthanasia?

That is an important conversation to have with your veterinarian.

Your Veterinarian is the best judge of your pet's physical condition, but you are the best judge of the quality of your pet's daily life.

If a pet has a good appetite, responds to attention, seeks its owner's company and participates in play or family life, many owners feel that this is not the time...

However, a caring pet owner will probably choose to end their beloved companion's suffering if their pet:

  • Is in constant pain

  • Is undergoing difficult or stressful treatments with little improvement

  • Is unresponsive to affection

  • Is unaware of its surroundings

  • Is uninterested in life

Then it will be time to make arrangements with a Veterinarian about euthanization and then to determine if cremation is what you want.  That is when we help.
