Mercedes - She was my daughters kitten; she joined Roxie and I after losing my daughter in a tragic car accident at the age of 19. I cherished this sweet girl as she made me somehow feel physically connected to my child..I'm heartbroken but grateful for all the years she brought me comfort.

Brooky

Thank You so much Gene & Ardys.. You really helped ease my sorrow during this very difficult time with the loss of Brooky Friday...God Bless you all always~

Nelly

My beautiful Nelly's ashes arrived today. We miss her so deeply. She was the silliest goat I've ever met. The rest of the herd is still adjusting to her absence. Thank you for all your help after Nelly died. It feels a little better to have her back home so quickly.

Annie

Thank you for taking such good care of Annie the last couple days. It has been so hard processing the fact that she is no longer with us.

Lily

I would Love to say Thank you, for the beautiful urn for my beautiful girl Lily,I will miss her alot, but she will be watching over us.

Riley

Yesterday we took our beloved Riley here. We were treated with great kindness and respect in the most professional way possible and it gave us great comfort to know that Riley's body was being handled in an immaculate facility, that there was no chance that we'd never see his ashes again because of some mix-up, and his body didn't have to rest for days at the vet's office (who were lovely but he hated never-the-less) waiting to be picked up and taken away by a stranger. Gene was wonderful.

Boris

This is our sweet boy Boris Hugo Gilbert. We lost him a week and a half ago. We have never felt quite so much pain losing someone. He was our first child, was there for our wedding, for buying our house and welcoming each of his 3 (human) brothers home. We had him 15 out of 16 years of our relationship. All our big life events. He meant the world to us and I don't think we will ever get over loosing him. We are beyond grateful for our amazing vet, Dr. Champlin and Ashes to Ashes.

A week ago today we lost our dog Duke. It's one of the hardest things we have ever done as a family. I just want to say thanks to the owners of Ashes to Ashes. They were so professional and caring and made what was a dreaded process as simple and affordable as possible. Thanks Gene for all that you did for our Duke. He will be forever missed, but it's nice to have apart of him back home today. - Matthew and Kaylee

Thank you so much for helping us during the loss of our dog Sully. - Crystal

Hi Gene, I would just like to Thank You so very much for your care and understanding and the excellent service provided by you for our girl Turtle. Tomorrow the team and I will take our last snow run of the dog sledding season, we will bring some of Turtle's ashes with us and spread them on a especially beautiful part of the trail. Thank You again for making such a sad time so much easier. - Jan

Here is my trophy who I loved with my soul, Megan. For your memorial if you would want. Your kindness today eased my heart. Thank You - Dora

Thank u guys for helping our family through a very hard time. Above is my Pat Cat. He was my best friend. - Lacey

Losing a pet isn't anything you want to think about, but when you have a place like this to bring them, it makes the whole process little less painful. I was treated with sympathy and kindness, instead of like a business transaction. It was a comfort to know that my boy was treated with respect. Thank you so much for your kindness during this time. I would absolutely recommend you to pet owners in the area. - Amanda

I cannot thank you enough for your caring and kindness throughout this painful process. To say thank you does not even touch the gratitude that I feel. You have given me some light in my dark hours. Though my soul is filled with sadness I thank you for allowing me the avenue to bring my Kriket home and have her with me always - Michelle

Thank you, Gene, at Ashes to Ashes Pet Crematory for your excellent care of my beloved dog, Roscoe. I have a sign that reads,"Home is where your dog is." It was never more true than with our handsome boy. We appreciate the care and consideration you offered us following this difficult event. - Heather

Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy, Rosco. We loved him dearly and are heartbroken that he is gone. After we picked up his ashes on Monday, we just knew that he had been in great hands. Thank you for making a horrible time a little more bearable - Denise

Thank you to Ardys and Gene at Ashes to Ashes for taking good care of our beloved Evie's remains - and for helping our grieving hearts with your kind manner. Everyone - including our other dogs - were comforted by her cremains arriving back safely home. - Jeni
